They are beautifully turned in some really unusual and rare woods.
I first met Jean as a supplier at a local lace group meeting - the unusual bulbous shape of her Rosaline bobbins intrigued me and I just had to have a go. I was right to be curious - the bobbins gently bounce on my pillow as I work and they are a real treat to use."

The process of making these rosaline bobbins is perhaps not as complex as the lace that they make, however, the care that goes into their manufacture is probably the same.
